At Lemieux et Cie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
